Our origin

Fundación Caminado Juntos or United Way Argentina is a part of the United Way Worldwide network, an organisation born in the United States in 1884, with the aim of mobilizing local leaders and their communities to address their socio-cultural issues.

Today, with 126 years of history, this network is participating in 42 countries and has more than 3 million volunteers, who give to their communities more than 6,100 million dollars annualy.

In Latinamerica, United Way is present in 11 countries, in which more than 600 member companies and 165,000 donors participate. Thanks to them, more than 20 million dollars have been invested to benefit more than 500,000 persons with a focus on Education, Income and Health.
